The signatures include HOF MANAGER Sparky Anderson(DECEASED, Lee MacPhail COMMISIONER , Nancy Niekro, Jerry Reuss, Billy Pierce, Bob Horner, Jim Landis, Tom O'Malley, Gene Michael, Mrs. Nelson Fox, Bowie Kuhn, Joe Niekro deceased and Bill White.
