This Franklin game model first baseman’s glove has been hand signed by New York Yankees legend Don Mattingly, making it an outstanding collectible for any Yankees fan or baseball memorabilia collector.
The glove features Mattingly’s autograph prominently signed on the leather, standing out clearly against the natural tan finish. Known as “Donnie Baseball,” Mattingly was one of the most beloved players in Yankees history and one of the premier hitters of his era, earning the 1985 American League MVP award and multiple All-Star selections during his outstanding career in New York.
This Franklin glove is a first baseman’s model, the same position Mattingly played throughout his legendary Yankees career. Constructed from pro-tanned steerhide leather, the glove also features Mattingly’s facsimile signature stamped into the leather as part of the model design, making it a fitting piece for his autograph.
