Description

This incredible 16x20 photograph features Pittsburgh Steelers legend and Pro Football Hall of Famer “Mean” Joe Greene alongside child actor Tommy Okon in the iconic 1979 Coca-Cola “Hey Kid, Catch!” commercial. Considered one of the greatest Super Bowl commercials of all time, the heartwarming ad features Greene giving a young fan his game-worn jersey after the boy offers him a Coke.

The photograph is hand-signed by both Joe Greene and Tommy Okon, with each adding a memorable inscription from the commercial. Greene inscribed “Hey Kid, Catch!” while Okon added “Thanks Mean Joe!”

Both signatures are authenticated by Beckett Authentication Services, with certification number 1W967571. The Beckett authentication stickers are affixed to the photograph, and the certification details can be verified online.

The photo is professionally displayed in a beautiful black wood frame with Pittsburgh Steelers black-and-gold matting and a decorative Steelers team logo coin. The overall framed dimensions are approximately 28” x 26”, and the piece comes ready to hang with an installed wire on the back.

A fantastic piece of Steelers, NFL, and advertising history that would make an outstanding addition to any sports memorabilia collection, fan cave, or office. Please review all photos for condition and details.
