Offered is a nicely framed vintage ORIGINAL New York Daily News newspaper BACK PAGE Mickey Mantle’s 500th home run, one of the most historic milestones in baseball history. This took place on Sunday, May 14, 1967, which happened to be Mother’s Day an incredible


The display features the original Daily News headline “500th!” along with an action photograph of Mantle swinging, celebrating the moment he became just the sixth player in Major League Baseball history to reach 500 career home runs.
